Research Systems: Environmental Chamber System GO2Altitude® (Altitude tent)

This style of simulated altitude training system allows for exercise training or passive acclimatisation at simulated altitudes of up to 4,500m. (14,700 ft). It provides the user with a feeling that they truly are training at altitude.

As with all of Biomedtech’s products safety is a major consideration. The control system, monitors the users blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) via a finger clip sensor (pulse oximeter) that is an integral part of this system. There is an alarm if the users SpO2 drops below a preset baseline. The oxygen concentration and other parameters required for a session are programmed by the user. The program status, users physiological data and current oxygen percentage are visible both from within and outside the tent.

NEW: To make your training much more pleasant the mountain air is delivered inside of the tent via unique refreshing air stream system.

GO2Altitude software, provided with the system, can be used to record session data on a computer and export your data to Excel or alike.
